Over the past 120 years, Ridley has earned an international reputation for preparing young men and women for university studies and responsible, fulfilling lives. The school’s 100 plus acre campus is located an hour’s drive from Toronto and 20 minutes west of Niagara Falls. Superior facilities include a 350-seat performing-arts centre, modern classrooms and labs, a beautiful Gothic chapel, ice hockey arena, two gymnasia, swimming pool, squash and tennis courts, 10 playing fields, dance and fitness studios, and a fibre-optic network linking hundreds of computers. Students have Internet access from residences and classrooms; a laptop computer initiative is fully implemented. Dozens of competitive and recreational sports and activities are offered. The curriculum is advanced-level and non-semestered, and is augmented by AP courses and SAT preparation. Almost all Ridley graduates proceed directly to Canadian and American universities. Financial assistance to 30% of student body exceeds $2.2 million. Profile last updated: 09/30/2008
