Oakdale is a Christ-centered college preparatory boarding school for students in grades 7-12 who seek an opportunity for a quality education in an environment that encourages growing closer to God, improving relationship skills, developing positive characer traits and exploring new adventures. Oakdale is accredited through the Association of Christian Schools International and is a member of Kentucky Non-Public Schools. Seventy-five percent of alumni enroll in college within two years of graduation. The student body consists of approximately 50 students from across the U.S. and abroad representing a rich diversity in cultural, social, economical, religious, racial, and family backgrounds. The Oakdale community is enriched by all faculty and staff living on campus. The small, intimate setting provides much nurturing and support. Oakdale is committed to being affordable for families with tuition and fees at less that half the national average for private boarding schools. Oakdale is nestled in the Appalachian Mountians of Eastern Kentucky. The campus is comprised of separate dorms for the boys and s and several buildings for classrooms, offices, maintenance and dinning facilities. A state of the art new classroom and gym building was openned in the Fall of 2005. School accreditations: ACSI - Profile last updated: 06/18/2008
