The MacDuffie School is a rigorous college preparatory school for grades 6 – 12 whose mission is to foster in all students the intellectual habits of mind, high ethical standards and respect for diversity required for becoming morally responsible and effective individuals in their personal lives, careers and communities and beyond.

There is nothing typical about a MacDuffie student. Each is an individual – not to be molded to fit some kind of norm, but encouraged to be independent, thoughtful and articulate, to understand the value of study and organization, of expression and debate, and to respect each other and the planet on which we live.
