School Notes Overview:

GREAT JOURNEYS BEGIN AT THE RIVER! Our 125-acre boarding school campus is located on the Rappahannock River and the Chesapeake Bay, and we take full advantage of all the river and bay offer for RECREATION, RESEARCH, MARINE AND ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCES AND STEWARDSHIP. Students flourish in our friendly, attentive 24/7 community and benefit from our superb academics, learning skills program, residential and life skills programs, hands-on and differentiated instruction, supervised evening study, daily extra help with teachers, and the thrill of winning teams including rowing and sailing. Our excellent college counseling program is highly individualized and 100% of our graduates are accepted to four-year colleges and universities. Our core values - kindness, curiosity, acceptance, integrity, respect and self-confidence are at the heart of all we do. Christchurch was established in 1921 by the Episcopal Diocese of Virginia, and we count two Pulitzer Prize winners among our graduates. GREAT JOURNEYS BEGIN AT CHRISTCHURCH SCHOOL!
